Jamie is one of the in-house Personal Trainers and Team Member at Soham Fitness Centre. He is deeply committed to helping individuals feel confident and capable in the gym—whether through ongoing training sessions or a single session designed to build familiarity and comfort with the equipment.

He understands that the gym can feel intimidating at first, but believes that with the right guidance, it becomes a space to switch off, grow, and feel part of the SFC community.

Jamie’s goal is to ensure everyone he works with feels strong, empowered, and excited to pursue their fitness ambitions. Having transformed his own injury recovery into a lifelong dedication to health and fitness, he recognises the gym’s potential to reshape not only the body but the mindset.

Team Member
